Rates
$160.00 per therapy hour (50 minutes)
Thirty minute consultation $100.00.
Diagnostic Evaluation/ Intake appointment $200.00
Consultations: Fifteen minute complimentary Fifteen to thirty minutes $100.00 (Consultations are a two way interview. The purpose is for both parties to determine if this will be a good fit for therapy. Expect to ask questions and expect to be asked the same.)
Insurance
As of January 2022 I am currently paneled with the following insurances (Please check your plan for co-pays, deductibles and number of sessions allowed):
- Aetna
- Optum/UBH (United Healthcare)
- Cigna
- Anthem/BCBS
If your insurance is not listed I can see you for therapy as an “out of network” provider. You will be asked to pay for your session upfront and will be given a form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This applies to ANY insurance company not listed here.
Note: As of August 2024 I will be transitioning from in network to out of network.
Payment
I no longer accept checks as a form of payment beginning 1/1/2022
I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
There will be a processing fee added for all credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
